Our role is to provide guidance, support, and leadership to our schools by strengthening academic programs, supporting staff development, promoting good management practices, establish more schools, and ensuring that every school within our network continues to grow and improve.

2016
THE BEGINNING
Our Mission was established with a vision to provide quality education founded on excellence, integrity, and service. The first school marked the beginning of a journey dedicated to transforming lives through learning.
2018
Expanding Our Reach
As the Mission grew, additional schools were established to stretch the network, allowing more children and young people to benefit from quality education and a nurturing learning environment from different communities.
2019
Strengthening Education
We invested in teacher development, improved learning resources, and strengthened school leadership to enhance educational quality across our institutions.

Building Strong Communities
Our Mission deepened its partnership with parents, local communities, and stakeholders to promote inclusive education and support the holistic development of every learner.

With over 20 years of experience in educational leadership and organizational management, Alhaji Unisa Kuyateh provides strategic direction for the Mission, guiding its vision, strengthening institutional growth, and promoting quality education across all member schools.
Saidu Noah Koroma
Director of Administration
With extensive experience in administration and institutional management, Saidu Noah Koroma oversees the Mission’s administrative operations, ensuring effective coordination, policy implementation, and efficient service delivery across all schools.
Lamin Serry
Director of Social Services and Development
Lamin Serry has considerable experience in community development and social services. He leads initiatives that strengthen community partnerships, promote student welfare, and support sustainable educational development.
Saidu Ibrahim Kuyateh
Director of Finance and Publication
With a strong background in financial management and organizational communication, Saidu Ibrahim Kuyateh oversees budgeting, financial accountability, and the publication of information that supports the Mission’s activities and achievements.
Mariama Alhaji Sesay
Director of Public Relations and Gender Awareness
Drawing on her experience in public relations and gender advocacy, Mariama Alhaji Sesay promotes stakeholder engagement, strengthens the Mission’s public image, and champions initiatives that encourage equality and inclusion across the school community.

Mohamed Smith Conteh brings extensive experience in education and school leadership. He provides academic guidance, supports teacher professional development, promotes staff welfare, and works to improve teaching and learning standards throughout the Mission’s schools.
